The discount and the reward are both calculated on 100,00 €. That is why they always add up to 35 %, wherever you put the dial.

No. Vitalmyn is the seller of record. We hold the stock, issue your patient's invoice and handle returns.
Yes. No base fee, no set-up, no minimum sales and no notice period. We earn from the trade margin on the order, not from you.
The supplement plan you sent: products, dosage, duration and your note, with prices. Products appear only inside the plan.
No. Sales are at the recommended retail price. What you set is the discount for your patients, for the whole practice, in half-percent steps, changeable at any time.
As a monthly credit note by SEPA, on every order your patients place from your supplement plan, reorders included. A reward is paid out once the order is 30 days old, so a withdrawal does not have to be clawed back afterwards. Below 25 € the amount stays put and joins the next credit note.
Yes, it is business income of your practice; the VAT exemption for medical treatment does not cover it. As a small business exempt from VAT (§ 19 UStG) we show no VAT, otherwise 19 % on the credit note. How you book it is between you and your tax adviser; we take on no tax obligations for you.
The reward booked for that line item is deducted again, exactly that amount, with no penalty and no fee on top.
We process your note in the supplement plan only to show it to your patient. No analysis, no sharing with manufacturers.
Heilpraktiker in Germany with a Heilpraktiker licence. We check the licence at onboarding and open for other professions later.
You cancel without formalities. We still pay out outstanding rewards and deliver orders already under way, and then that is it.
